AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING

Operating Your Hotel Room Air Conditioner

1. Turn on the Air Conditioner:
Press the ON/OFF button on the remote control. If you can’t find the remote, carefully check your room. If it’s still not there, kindly contact the reception for assistance.

2. Choose Your Comfort Mode:
Select either COOL or HEAT mode. COOL mode is represented by a snowflake icon, and HEAT mode is represented by a sun icon. Set your preferred temperature.

3. Be Patient for Efficient Cooling/Heating:
Please be aware that the air conditioner might take up to 5 minutes to start working efficiently. Allow this time for the unit to prepare and begin functioning optimally.

BABY FACILITIES

The hotel and restaurant can provide cots and highchairs. Please contact reception on 9 to book.

BLANKETS

There is an additional blanket in the wardrobe,  if you require any additional blankets please see reception.

GUEST AMENITIES

For forgotten items, a limited supply of additional toiletries are available for purchase from reception.

HAIRDRYERS

A hairdryer is located in your bathroom.

HOUSEKEEPING

Servicing of your room is currently by request, if you would like your room serviced for the day please advise reception by 9am and we will gladly attend to your room.

Fresh towels and extra guest amenities are also available at reception.

IRON/IRONING BOARD

An iron and ironing board are located in the wardrobe of your room.

PILLOWS

Spare pillows are located in your wardrobe.

SAFE

To set your unique safe code.

  1. One the back of the safe door press the “Reset” button until it “beeps”, then close the door and engage the lock anti-clockwise.
  2. Input your own code (4 digits) followed by # button
  3. The green light will turn on confirming your code has been accepted and your safe is now locked.
  4. To open the safe, enter your 4-digit code followed by “#’ button & disengage lock clockwise
  5. On your departure, please leave the safe door open

SMOKING

All rooms are designated Non-Smoking. Smoking will only be allowed outside the buildings. Smoking within our hotel rooms is considered to be malicious damage. If a room is found to have been used for smoking by the guests or invitees of the guests a minimum charge of $200.00 will be charged to the guests account or credit card supplied at check-in to compensate for cleaning.

TOWELS

To help save the environment please leave only the towels you want laundered on the bathroom floor. Towels left hanging to dry will not be replaced. If you require extra towels, please see reception or dial 9.

WATER

HELP US SAVE WATER – Here in American River, there is no main water supply. We use harvested rainwater and desalinated water (our own plant) to supply water to our property. To help us conserve water we kindly ask our guests to help by

  • Turning off the tap whilst brushing your teeth
  • Where possible, have a shorter shower
  • Be sure to turn the taps off firmly
  • Let us know of any leaking taps or running toilets

Thank you so much for helping us conserve our valuable water.

Due to the above you may find the water pressure in your shower is a little lighter than youre used to from time to time.

WI-FI

Complimentary wireless internet is available to all guests.
